Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Akhena handles information when you use the Akhena service and its connected integrations. Akhena is currently in private preview.

Information Akhena handles

Depending on the features you use, Akhena may process account information, chats, agents, tasks, files, device metadata, tool results, connection metadata and authorization credentials for services you connect.

Connected services and Google user data

If you connect a Google service, Akhena requests only permissions needed for the feature you choose. Depending on that feature, this can include Gmail messages and metadata, Google Drive files and metadata, or Google Calendar events and metadata. Akhena uses connected Google data only to provide user-facing features that you request, such as finding information, preparing a draft, organizing a file, or carrying out an action you explicitly ask an agent to perform.

When a requested agent task requires it, the minimum relevant connected-service data may be provided to the AI provider selected for that agent solely to fulfill that task. Third-party providers are also governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

Akhena's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Credentials and security

Cloud connection credentials and persistent browser profile material are stored using protected secret or encrypted storage. Akhena does not intentionally expose passwords, MFA codes or raw connection secrets to agents.

Retention and control

Information may be retained for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain security and reliability, or meet legal obligations. You can disconnect connected services from Akhena. For access, correction or deletion requests, contact support@akhena.app.

Changes

We may update this policy as Akhena evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
