Terms of Service

These terms apply to the Akhena private preview. By using Akhena, you agree to use the service lawfully and only with accounts, data, services and devices you are authorized to access.

Your account and actions

You are responsible for your account, the agents you configure, the permissions you grant and actions you approve. Review important actions before allowing them to affect third parties, money, production systems or sensitive data.

Connected services

Third-party services remain subject to their own terms, availability and policies. Connecting a service to Akhena does not transfer ownership of that service or its data to Akhena.

Preview service

Akhena is under active development. Features can change, fail or be temporarily unavailable. Do not rely on the preview as the sole copy of critical information.

Acceptable use

Do not use Akhena to violate law, compromise systems or accounts without authorization, distribute malware, evade security controls, or harm other people.
